Rams Start Volleyball

It is once again time to get out your knee pads and volleyball shoes.  All girls 7th-12th grade girls interested in going out for volleyball this season, This week is your chance. There will be a volleyball camp starting Monday, August 7th at the Glenwood High School. All 7-9th graders will attend from 8:30 A.M. until 10:30 A.M. All 10-12th graders will attend from 10:45 A.M. until 12:45 P.M. The camp will go from Monday-Friday, August 7-11. The cost is $20.00 and the money goes towards game jerseys and T-shirts for the players. 

The first high school practice will be on August 14 from 7:00-9:00 A.M. and 6:30-8:30 P.M. All players are expected to attend both practices. Parents are invited to attend practice on Wednesday, August 16th. There will be a short meeting with the coaches and parents following the practice. This years coaches are Head Coach Amy Stratton and Assistant Coach Tim Haage. The coaches are looking forward to this years season. There will be three available varsity spots on the court this year.

For anyone who wants to attend open gym, the high school gymnasium is open every Wednesday morning from 8:30-10:30. This is for all ages so everyone is encouraged to attend.
