$50,000 Presented To The Mills County Endowment Fund   At a news conference on Thursday, December 21, advisory board members of the Mills County Endowment Fund accepted a check in the amount of $50,000 from the Southwest Iowa Foundation for the county's endowment fund. 

Mineola 2001 New Year's Eve Celebration   Sunday, December 31, 2000 the Mineola Volunteer Fire Department is hosting a Thank You to the residents and Friends of Mineola for their continued support.  Dance to the music by "The Bristols".  There will be food and beverages available and a raffle.  Admission is a free will donation to the Mineola Volunteer Fire Department.
