A beginning Fitness program for any senior (60+) at the Wellness Center.
Meets: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2:00-3:00PM

Midwest Lanes Bowling Center has10 lanes with automatic scoring. Open bowling is held at different times throughout the week. The center also has a lounge, grill and game room. Call 527-9456 for specific information.

The Glenwood Lake Park has a 2 mile hiking trail open to the public located behind the amphitheater and museums.
