Last Chance for Soccer Registration
Download the form and mail the completed form with check to Faith Kennedy, Soccer Registrar, 407 S. Grove Street, Glenwood, IA 51534. Last day for mail-in registrations will be Saturday, February 9th. Late registrants will be placed on a waiting list with no guarantees.
Fees will be $45.00 per child, which includes the uniform. If your child is returning from last fall and playing on the same team with the same uniform, the fee will be $37.00 per child. Coaches fees will be $20.00 per child, or $12.00 for returning child from fall.
